About the Role: We are seeking a talented member of technical staff with expertise in computational protein structure and function prediction. Your role will involve collaborative work on AI systems designed to create, optimize, and update proteins based on experimental outcomes. Responsibilities: Develop computational pipelines to design and engineer novel proteins using modern generative models such as RFDiffusion, EvoDiff, Chroma, etc. Design and develop AI systems for protein engineering, integrating closed-loop feedback from experimental outcomes. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including AI researchers, biologists, and chemists, to drive innovation in protein design. Requirements: Prior experience in designing and applying computational approaches for protein design, leveraging generative deep learning architectures for protein structure and sequence modeling. Software engineering proficiency in developing scalable and modular Python code. Prior experience in bioinformatics, molecular dynamics, and molecular biology is a plus.
