Weekend SupervisorPart-time with opportunity for Full-time- $5,000 Welcome Bonus - The Weekend Supervisor RN will manage the floor nurse and CNA's, help develop and implement the plan of care for our residents and ensure that the center operates efficiently in providing safe and appropriate care. Additional assignments may include investigation and completion of incident reports and assessments, audits, staff and resident education and other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to grow as a nurse manager. RN ONLYAs a charge nurse, you are essential toquality resident care. Duties include nursing services, training/supervising staff, and all things related toresident well-being.You will:Train staff and assist the director of nursingSupport dignity, privacy, independence, choice,individuality, and a home-like environment for residentsAssist residents with instrumental activities ofdaily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, resident treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care andindependence, as permitted by state regulationsEnsure care as indicated on resident treatmentand service plansKnow and follow infection control and safetyproceduresReview, update and communicate resident caredocumentationEvaluate health emergencies to determine medicalmeasures per nurse scope of practice and state regulationsYou Currently:Possess a current registered nurse license in good standingTypical candidates have 1-year of providing supervisionin healthcare.
