The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing goods and services, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring cost-effective procurement processes. You should have experience working with manufacturers and suppliers as well as building cohesive teams to execute organizational goals. As the Procurement Manager you will have the following duties: Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate best practices. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers. Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements. Oversee the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Manage inventory levels to optimize working capital.

To be a fit you should have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role. Building and leading procurement teams Working with Suppliers and Manufacturers Strong understanding of production planning, supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
