Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming Ambassador: Greet and engage customers with a warm welcome as they enter the showroom, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  • Customer Service Specialist: Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their inquiries and problems, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Phone Liaison: Answer incoming calls and providing information and assistance to customers.
  • Point-of-Sale Expert: Work with cash registers, process payments, and ensure accurate and efficient transactions, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
  • Sales Support: Work with our product specialists on the floor to provide up-to-date materials to aid our customers, providing a wonderful experience with accurate and helpful information about their purchase.
  • Showroom Presentation: Showing pride in our showroom by maintaining a clean and pleasant experience.
  • Service Support: Collaborate with the service team by looking up and pulling parts for customers, facilitating smooth service operations.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Proficiency: Three or more years of customer service experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a retail environment.
  • People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to assist and connect with customers.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using point-of-sales systems, cash registers, and other retail-related technologies.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset, ready to contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment.
  • Schedule: Full-time & Part-time; some flexibility based on needs.

$20-22/hour (DOE)
