We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Director. This individual will lead all downstream marketing activities related to the upcoming launch of the Evolysse line of dermal fillers in the United States, the first filler made with the proprietary Cold-HA manufacturing process which is designed to better preserve the natural structure of the HA molecule. Once fully launched, the Evolysse portfolio will offer a complete range of filler solutions to cover the spectrum of indications including mid-face, nasolabial folds, lips, and eyes.

The successful candidate will be a proven leader with product launch experience who thrives in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment and who can deliver quick and impactful results by effectively engaging and influencing leaders across the organization. This role will report to the Executive Director of Professional Marketing.

Let's talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:

  • Defining the Evolysse launch strategy in the United States.
  • Leading a cross functional team to flawlessly execute the Evolysse commercialization plan.
  • Developing clear, differentiated positioning that can be easily communicated through all touchpoints (sales talk tracks, marketing materials, etc.); additionally, as new papers are published, distill down insights and update positioning.
  • Developing the initial sales and training tools required for the product launch and then working with the sales team to develop tools and techniques for overcoming objections, training, messaging alignment and other requests as needed.
  • Translating insights from market research and sales trends into actionable strategies and promotions.
  • Conducting routine field visits and attending customer events to obtain customer insights.
  • Creating a strong partnership with the medical, legal, and regulatory review team to optimize and streamline processes and act as the content owner for all Jeuveau branded items.
  • Tracking competitive and industry insights to help Evolus gain market share and drive product adoption.
Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Leader:
  • 7+ years in a marketing role.
  • Experience launching new products.
  • Aesthetic experience including an in-field sales/marketing role required. Expected to bring a deep understanding of the aesthetic injectable market, primarily fillers, but also toxins and the consumer journey/relationship between treatments.
  • Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills with demonstrated track record of building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail oriented, organized, with strong time management skills.
  • Flexibility & ability to successfully navigate ambiguity and succeed in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA is a plus

  • Office location - Newport Beach, CA (Hybrid Tuesday - Thursday in office)
  • This position reports directly to the Executive Director, Professional Marketing

Compensation & Total Rewards

The expected pay for this position is $160,600 to $209,000 annual salary + annual incentive compensation. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications and more.
