Ce rôle est basé à notre bureau de Montréal (QC).
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) joueur(euse) d'équipe motivé (e) et dynamique pour combler le poste d'analyste financier principal(e). Cette personne sera responsable de maintenir des informations financières complètes et exactes pour des rapports en temps opportun sur une base mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle pour plusieurs sociétés du groupe de sociétés Amérique du Nord (multidevises, multi-pays), le tout dans des délais serrés.

Activités principales
Être responsable du processus de fermeture des états financiers - sur une base mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle :
- Effectuer des analyses complexe et articuler simplement des concepts complexes pour différents groupes et parties prenantes.
- Être responsable de diverses analyses financières et revues analytiques
- Superviser les entrées de journal et les analyses préparées par les analystes junior
- Favoriser l'excellence opérationnelle au sein de l'équipe grâce à l'amélioration continue ainsi qu'améliorer et établir des processus efficaces
- Avoir la charge de préparer, examiner et soumettre les trousses de déclaration à la société-mère.
- Mettre à jour et réviser les états financiers internes
- Soutenir l'équipe pour une variété d'analyses et de projets.
- Identifier continuellement des points d'amélioration et d'efficacité en vue d'automatiser et simplifier les processus, outils et les méthodologies.
- Participer à la budgétisation en vue de planifier la demande
- Assister à l'inventaire annuel (voyagement à prévoir)
- Collaborer avec l'équipe des finances qui assiste l'entreprise dans la transition au nouveau système ERP, notamment en s'assurant que tous les dossiers, l'analyse financière et les processus ont été adaptés au nouveau système ERP.
- Avoir le titre de Comptable agrée (CPA)
- Avoir 3 ans et plus d'expérience pertinente
- Bilingue en français et en anglais
- Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Excel pour l'analyse de données et la production de rapports.
- Une expérience de travail avec des systèmes ERP et BI (IBM-TM1, Cognos Controller, SAP S/4HANA) est considérée comme un atout important
- Capacité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique à la fois de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Solides compétences analytiques avec maîtrise des outils et techniques d'analyse de données.
- Excellent souci du détail et de la précision.
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et réflexion critique.

We are searching for a motivated and dynamic team player to fill the position of Senior Financial Analyst. This person will be responsible for maintaining financial information that is complete and accurate for timely reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for multiple companies of the North America Group of companies (multi currencies, multi countries), all within tight deadlines

Principal Responsibilities
Responsible for the Financial Statement Close process on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Perform complex analysis, articulating complex concepts to a wide audience of stakeholders
- Accountable to perform a variety of financial analysis and analytical reviews
- Oversight of journal entries and analyses prepared by junior analysts
- Drive operational excellence in the team through continuous improvement, and improve/establish efficient processes
- Full accountability to prepare, review and submit the reporting packages to the parent company, being the point person on any inquiries
- Preparation of management reports
- Support team management on a variety of analyses and projects
- Continuously identifying areas of improvement and efficiency, to automate and scale processes, tools and methodologies
- Participate in the budget to forecast process (on demand)
- Assist in annual inventory count (travel may be required)
- Work in tandem with the finance team to assist in the transition to a new ERP system, including ensuring all files, financial analysis and processes are optimized for adoption
- CPA Designation
- 3+ years of directly related experience
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Prior experience working in ERP and BI systems (IBM-TM1, Cognos Controller, SAP S/4HANA) would be considered a strong asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
