POSITION OVERVIEW
Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF) is seeking a results-oriented IT Asset Management Financial Analyst within its Corporate IT Infrastructure department. As a critical member of the growing IT Asset Management group, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the financial operations of a large IT organization. This will include many tasks as diverse as managing asset records to cloud optimization practices for our cloud infrastructure and service platforms. Working closely with other teams, you will dive into usage patterns and forecasts to assist in aligning our infrastructure and services with the business need. You will be a key component of revenue, expense, and investment decisions and future facing engineering strategy. The ITAM Financial Analyst is a member of the Infrastructure Department, reporting to the Senior ITAM Financial Analyst.

LOCATION
  • This is a hybrid role out of our HQ in Jacksonville, FL
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assists in the improvement, and maintenance, of IT Financial Operations infrastructure, including maintaining registers of contract and financial data.
  • To promote cost savings, make recommendations on reserved capacity strategy, and utilization optimization opportunities.
  • Partners with Business, Technical and Finance leaders to define, implement, and drive best practices in FinOps.
  • Investigates and understands the basis for every material line item on our cloud infrastructure invoices.
  • Works with teams to achieve financial goals, eliminate underutilized resources, and suggest infrastructure cost saving measures.
  • Takes a supporting role in the annual budgeting process to ensure proper budgeting of cloud infrastructure spend.
  • Performs other duties as requested, including administrative functions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, data analytics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
  • Requires 2+ years of experience in financial management, including guiding and enabling team members in implementing cost optimization strategies and best practices.
  • Advanced data analysis experience in Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong industry knowledge and awareness of emerging trends in cloud technology and financial management.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Productive self-starter with ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud discount programs and usage optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of the operations of a F500 financial back office, including the fixed asset register, procurement, and contract compliance.
  • Experience writing simple to complex queries (SQL, KQL, DAX, etc.).
