Senior Sales Executive

An HR Consulting Firm offering insurance, employee benefits, payroll, and 401K plans is looking to bring on a Senior Sales Executive that will focus on hunting new business on the West Coast to Fortune 500 and financial service companies.
Responsibilities:
Hunt new business and target middle market companies and financial service companies
Maintain territory plans and prospect for potential customers using various direct and indirect methods.
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to negotiation and deal closure, and keep detailed notes on prospect and client interactions.
Work with a strong and family oriented sales team
Qualifications:
Track record of achieving quota
Experience in HR consulting service industry, knowledge of employee benefits
5 years of sales experience, running the entire sales cycle
