Position Overview: The Senior Marketing Manager at Madison Taylor Marketing will play a pivotal, hands-on role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and deliverables for a diverse range of client organizations. This role requires expertise in B2C and B2B marketing strategies, encompassing traditional, digital, organic, and paid tactics. Position Objectives:

Position Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with client objectives, ensuring cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to assess the viability of current and new products/services, providing actionable insights to shape marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the implementation of marketing programs from inception to completion, including social media, advertising, and digital initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and frequent communication with stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors to manage marketing initiative statuses.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to create and analyze comprehensive analytics reports across multiple platforms, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Optimization: Evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns through goal tracking and KPI analysis, optimizing strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Paid Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns, such as Google Ads, ensuring budget efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Media Plans and Budgeting: Develop and oversee media plans and advertising budget strategies to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of all marketing deliverables meets or exceeds client expectations and industry standards.
  • Messaging for Campaigns: Develop and maintain consistent messaging for all campaigns, ensuring alignment with client brand and marketing objectives.
