Why we need you: As a Commercial Estimator, you are in charge of finding and building trusted customer relationships, completing project estimates, quotes, bids, proposals and contracts, and project managing expenses and revenue to create financial returns and business growth. That is why we offer our Commercial Estimators a lucrative commission program on top of all our other incredible benefits/perks listed below: * Opportunities for Advancement * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance * Employer matched 401(k) * Training and Development * Flexible Paid Time Off and Company Holidays * Tuition Reimbursement * Short & Long Term Disability * Discounts for Entertainment, Travel, Auto & Home Insurance, and more What You'll do as a Commercial Estimator: * Manage the customer service from sale to completion, including project management. * Identify prospective customers and proactively engage with leads to drive sales. * Offer comprehensive product expertise to current and potential customers. * Meet division expectations for the number of proposals and closing sales ratios. * Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitor's products. * Conduct sales calls, provide proposals, generate leads and manage accounts efficiently. * Participate in bidding, pre-construction services, budgeting, and project planning recognize on-site issues; review estimates, manage contracts, support production and field installers, and handle change orders and competitor analysis. What you Need to Succeed: * You have a "Go-getter- attitude; you put in the effort needed to deliver profitable personal and business success. * 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Estimating, or Project Management * Proficient use of On-Screen Takeoff Software and/or Quick Bid Software & MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). * Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with self-motivation and multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail * Strong Mathematics skills in order to manage project expenses and revenue. * Must have a valid driver's license * Must be able to clear pre-hire : background and drug screen * Preferred - experience in Trades: Framing & Sheathing, Insulation, Firestopping, Fireproofing, Waterproofing, AVB, Waterproofing, Expansion Joints, Sealants, etc. * Preferred - Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent years of experience * Preferred- Bilingual in English/Spanish Compensation: Base + Commission + Benefit Package American National Insulation Corp. is an equal opportunity employer.
