Print and Sign Services Coordinator

Job Description Job Description: The Print and Sign Services Coordinator is responsible for the accurate, timely preparation, packaging, and shipment of printed materials. This role plays a critical part in ensuring finished products meet quality standards, are properly documented, and are shipped on schedule. This position will be for 2nd shift. 3:30pm to Midnight Monday through Friday. Some holidays will be required. Essential Functions Verify printed materials against job tickets for accuracy in quantity, finishing, and quality Package finished products according to shipping and customer specifications Prepare shipments for carriers such as UPS, FedEx, LTL freight, and local couriers Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and bills of lading as required Accurately enter shipment details into internal systems for billing and tracking Coordinate with production teams to prioritize and stage completed jobs Maintain an organized shipping and staging area Inspect finished products for defects prior to shipment and report issues as needed Assist with inventory of boxes, pallets, and shipping supplies Follow safety procedures when lifting, palletizing, and operating material-handling equipment Support general production or finishing tasks as workload requires Skills Attention to Detail Organization Design Long Term Planning Deadline Management Workforce Planning Databasing Routing Customer Service Interpersonal Communication Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated experience and expertise working with printers and finishing equipment Knowledge of pre-flight requirements for printing Preferred Qualifications Three years of print production experience Physical Requirements Ongoing need for the employee to see and read information, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs. Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors require the employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately. Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc. Location Intermountain Print Center Salt Lake City Work City Salt Lake City Work State Utah Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 The hourly range for this position is listed below.
