**Quality Assurance Analyst**
**Location** : Fort Worth, TX
Pay: 22.56
**Job Description** :
Work hours: 12 Hr Shift (4-on-4 off) 6pm 6am OR 6am 6pm
As a QA ANALYST I, supporting the QC, ANALYSIS AND TEST SERVICES TEAM, you will be responsible for THE IN-PROCESS AND FINAL PRODUCT QUALITY ANALYSES/INSPECTION IN COMPLIANCE WITH STANDARDS AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
**In this role, a typical day will include:**
Interprets and evaluates the analyses in terms of accuracy and precision compared against established specifications.
Identifies on-going quality issues, prevents potential production issues, and makes suggestions for improvement.
Uses various measuring devices, testing equipment, predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to accept or reject products.
May work from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer specifications, drawing or inspection instructions and checklists.
Provide Quality oversight to production floor, specifically in the areas of filling, packaging, warehouse, and ancillary support.
Complete daily line support activities for production, including but not limited to MBR review, containment/hold actions, QA oversight, sampling, walkthroughs, aseptic audits.
Lead QA Shopfloor improvement projects.
Aseptic auditing and quality responses.
Education
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs)
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
