Job Description

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm, has a full-time position available for a Federal Programs Marketing Coordinator.

Responsibilities: leading the proposal development process, including go/no-go and proposal kickoff meetings, content creation, strategic input on project and team selection, layout and design, and close-out/archiving; preparation and guidance on interviews; developing marketing materials and content; award submissions; developing and managing the annual marketing plan schedule and budget for identified business unit(s); coordinating business development calls and providing appropriate reports; organizing and attending tradeshows and conferences. Travel may be required.

The successful candidate must have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business administration, advertising, communications, or related field plus two years of relevant experience,

OR

  • Associate's degree in marketing or related field plus four years of relevant experience,

OR

  • If no degree, at least six years relevant experience in marketing, business administration, advertising or communications.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:

  • Working in the AEC industry
  • Leading proposal submissions, specifically Federal responses using SF330s
  • Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
  • Significant writing and editing

Salary Range: $59 to $78k

Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
