At the newly opened Signia by Hilton Atlanta Georgia World Conference Center, we are seeking a Full-Time Server to join the team at Club Signia This exciting luxury hotel is the new destination for upscale hospitality, imaginative dining, and world-class events. With the legendary Georgia World Congress Center as our backdrop, this 976-room property showcases the soul of Atlanta in a whole new way

Club Signia - Inspired by private membership clubs, Club Signia offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. When choosing a Club Signia room or suite, guests create a value add with access to an exclusive lounge with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and complimentary drinks. Club Signia is exclusively for ages 21 and over.

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous hospitality exposure in a luxury environment, refined customer service skills, and knowledge of elevated service standards. A high-end hotel background in food and beverage or front desk operations is preferred.

Shift Pattern: AM and PM Shifts/ Full availability is needed including weekends and holidays/ Typical shifts are 5:30am - 2:00pm, 6:00am - 2:30pm, and 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
  • Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
