This is a part-time only position for servers looking to work daytime (lunch shift) hours. We are open for lunch five days/week. Shift to begin around 10:00 AM and conclude around 3:00 PM. Guaranteed 20-25 hours/week with friendly, consistent scheduling. This position is in our dining rooms, where the expectation is that members and guests will be provided with exceptional food, drink, and service -- an all-around world-class experience. We are a non-tipping environment, so we offer a competitive guaranteed wage which allows our staff to focus on providing premium service levels. Our team also enjoys free meals while on duty, free parking, free work uniforms and uniform laundering, employee recognition opportunities, and employee appreciation events. Ability to work independently and cohesively as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum two years of serving experience. Experience in private clubs a plus. Attention to detail and ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision. Ability to accurately read and input data into our point-of-sale system. A high-energy and fun-loving personality with a positive attitude WORK SCHEDULE This is a part-time only position for servers looking to work daytime (lunch shift) hours only. We are open for lunch five days/week in our Club dining rooms. Shift for lunch servers to begin around 10:00 AM and conclude around 3:00 PM. Guaranteed 20-25 hours/week with friendly, consistent scheduling. COMPENSATION $14-$16/hour, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive commission on all sales.
