DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) is a fast-paced office providing public services to children and families across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. You will manage statistical analysis for OCDEL's Bureau of Early Learning Resource Center Operations programs. An ideal candidate for this position will be able to collect and manipulate data sets; produce quantitative and qualitative reports; participate in evaluative research; and offer data-informed approaches to policy and programmatic decision-making. This position will encompass ELRC management as it relates to oversite and monitoring funding, STARS quality implementation, and contract compliance.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
  • Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor's degree; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.
