Flighthouse, a beacon in the Gen Z digital entertainment landscape, commands a following of over millions across our owned brands. As a titan in the digital media industry, we're synonymous with cutting-edge Gen Z culture. FH Media, our expansive new media company, includes original content brands like Flighthouse, Retirement House, Teenager Therapy, among others, an Instagram distribution network spanning 100+ pages in 16 unique verticals, and a comprehensive full-service creative agency. Our clientele includes music and entertainment luminaries as well as leading global brands, making us a pivotal player in influencer marketing, original content creation, account management, and beyond.
SUMMARY:
The Paid Media Intern will provide daily support for client campaigns, including setup, optimization, regular maintenance, and analysis. This intern will also assist the Paid Media Lead to help implement paid campaign strategies that align with client marketing goals and targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with setting up digital advertising campaigns
- Assist with analyzing performance data and optimizing campaigns for better performance
- Assist with conducting demographic and other research related to campaign setup
- Collaborate with the Paid Media team to understand client goals for each campaign
- Report on campaign performance to the Paid Media Lead and gather data to make final reports
- Respond to special projects as requested by Senior Leaders
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be based in Los Angeles.
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Must be able to provide documents/eligibility requirements in order to receive college credit.
- Previous experience with advertising platforms, especially Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to be self sufficient and independent while working as part of a team
- Previous experience with music marketing and music digital advertising preferred
- Previous experience with e-commerce advertising preferred
PAY SCALE:
- This internship is for college credit
