Our Market Baristas will assist our guests in our gourmet caf and market and will be responsible for fulfilling guest orders. Market Baristas will prepare food and beverage orders, provide quick and efficient dining options, and assist in cashiering items from the Market . As a member of the Market team, you will ensure all guests feel welcomed in your clean and inviting environment. The hourly rate for this position is $20.95 to $21.37. The starting rate is $20.95/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who remain in the position for four years, which is $21.37/hour.
This position earns additional compensation from gratuities and tips given at the guest's discretion, as well as service charges on applicable orders. When a delivery is made to a guest's room, this position will earn an additional $5 per delivery made.
