Requirements

  • The Live in Super must have a Black Seal: Low Pressure License
  • Fire Safety Management License
  • Over 5 Years of experience as a "Live in Super" for High Rise Buildings .
  • Experienced in heavy plumbing , cooling systems , managing cooling tower seasonal and must be mechanically inclined to operate water pump shut off system .
