Description


  1. Project Oversight:
     Manage and oversee all aspects of high-end residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Team Leadership:
     Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  3. Quality Assurance:
     Maintain strict quality control on all aspects of construction, ensuring that all finishes and details meet the high standards expected in luxury residential projects.
  4. Problem Resolution:
     Identify and address potential issues or delays, implementing solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.
  5. Client Communication:
     Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Regulatory Compliance:
     Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NYC building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Profile



    • Experience:
       Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential construction, with extensive knowledge of the NYC construction landscape.
    • Technical Expertise:
       Deep understanding of luxury finishes, complex building systems, and the logistical challenges of urban construction.
    • Leadership Skills:
       Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
    • Problem-Solving Abilities:
       Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Client-Focused:
       Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
    • NYC-Specific Knowledge:
       Familiarity with NYC building codes, permit processes, and local construction practices is essential.
    • Education:
       Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
