Customer Service Rep I

- Paid time off, holidays and a separate bank of sick time
- Provides Customer Service assistance to new and existing propane customers over the telephone and through email correspondence.
- Initiate new accounts and prepare credit history checks
- Prepare work orders and delivery orders to be dispatched to operations
- Charge Customer accounts for services rendered (delivery and service work)
- Daily cash reconcile and reporting
- Update and maintain customer files (electronic and paper)
- Attend virtual training sessions
- Maintain good customer relations
- Perform other related functions as assigned by District Manager or Customer Service Manager
- 2 years clerical or customer service experience within a call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Experience handling cash is required.
- Good math aptitude, collection techniques and some account knowledge.
- Strong computer aptitude and skills preferred.
- Experience with MS Office and other call center technologies.
