CUTTING-EDGE RENEWABLE ENERGY OPPORTUNITYSITE LEADER - RENEWABLE NATURAL GAS / DAIRY BIOGASBe an integral part of the team at a small renewable natural gas (RNG) processing facility in Vermont. In the role of Site Leader , you'll oversee day-to-day maintenance and operations, ensuring that production, financial, and safety objectives are achieved.RESPONSIBILITIESPlant Operations:Manage the RNG gas processing facility, overseeing all aspects of its operations and performanceOversee daily maintenance & operations to meet production, financial, and safety goalsPrioritize safety protocolsMinimize downtime to ensure seamless operationsEfficiently manage operating expensesMaintain detailed & accurate recordsEmbrace additional responsibilities as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the RNG plantSafety & Compliance:Ensure compliance with plant safety rules and regulationsPromote a culture of safety and accountability for self and othersEnsure compliance with company policies and safety regulationsResponsively address problem situationsProduction & Quality Control:Safely operate production equipment and systemsMonitor and optimize production processes for efficiency while adhering to the annual budgetPerform quality-control tests and maintain accurate detailed recordsDevelop and implement strategies to maximize plant performance, productivity, and profitabilityREQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma5+ years of relevant experienceMust have prior electrical experiencePrior supervisory experienceExperience with anaerobic digesters, gas compressors, electrical gears, flares, thermal oxidizers, flow meters, piping, gas analyzers, gas chromatographsExperience in Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO)CMMS experience, MaintainX is preferredBiogas, RNG, Ethanol, or Oil & Gas experience is preferredNow Let's Talk About the PERKSGreat PayBonus OpportunitiesComprehensive Benefits PackageRelocation Assistance (as needed)Career Growth OpportunitiesPaid Time & Holiday PayPlus moreApply today for immediate consideration#J-18808-Ljbffr
