Chorus Call, Inc. is a leader in worldwide audio and video conferencing, offering a full range of audio and video multipoint teleconferencing services to the international market. Satellite locations include Switzerland, Italy, South Africa, Greece, Australia, Canada, Germany and India.
Chorus Call seeks an individual on a temporary basis to manage virtual meetings, process reservations, and provide customer service. Full time hours will be required during peak seasons, which occur in specific weeks of January - February, April - May, July - August, October - November. Work may also be available during non-peak seasons.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and managing virtual meetings
- Processing customer reservations and inquiries
- Working with satellite offices to coordinate high profile events
- Establishing a good rapport with customers
- Handling customer service requests
- Participating in customer-focused teams
- Cross training in other departments
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good phone presence
- Excellent verbal/English skills
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Customer service / call center / help desk experience preferred
- PC/Windows basic skills required
- Knowledge of a second language [Spanish or Portuguese] a plus
