Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Director located in Roseville, CA. The Human Resources Director will play a vital role in company operations related to culture, retention, growth, and strategy. Their multifaceted responsibilities include strategic planning, leadership, direction, development, and coordination of policies, activities, recruitment, and staff within the Human Resources department.

Qualifications A bachelors degree, MBA, Master of Science in Human Resources, or 7 years of equivalent work experience. Must have extensive experience as an HR Director (construction industry experience preferred). Broad knowledge and experience in areas such as employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, safety, and training and development. Proficient in human resource management, such as compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management, and employee relations. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and One Note) for efficient communication documentation, and data management. Skilled in analyzing HR data using tools like Excel, SQL, or specialized HR analytics software. Proficient in creating comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present HR metrics, trends, and workforce analytics. Familiarity with payroll software and understanding of accounting principles related to HR functions (HCSS, Spectrum, and Paylocity experience is a plus). Proven capability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities with precision and efficiency.
