Your Role:

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be a cornerstone of our infrastructure team, ensuring that our systems are robust, scalable, and reliable. You will partner with our AI researchers and developers to streamline deployment processes, enhance system performance, and maintain high availability. Your role is crucial in sustaining the seamless operation of our AI-powered solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Architect, deploy and maintain high-availability cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Develop and enhance automation tools for seamless deployment, scaling, and monitoring.

- Monitor system performance and reliability, implementing improvements and proactive measures.

- Work closely with development teams to integrate SRE best practices into the software development lifecycle.

- Ensure robust security, compliance, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.

- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and implement effective solutions.

- Optimize system performance and cost-efficiency through innovative strategies.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements to drive continuous improvement.

What We Seek:

- Extensive experience as an SRE or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.

- Strong skills in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and associated tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

- Advanced scripting and automation abilities (Python, Bash, etc.).

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.

- A genuine passion for AI and a drive to advance the language processing field.
