We are seeking highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistants for temporary and temp to hire positions in Asheville, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in an office setting, but we are open to candidates with varying levels of experience. An associate degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare and maintain office files, records, and reports.
Assist with data entry and document preparation for internal and external purposes.
Handle office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
Coordinate meetings, events, and other office activities as requested.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
At least 2 years of experience in an office setting is preferred, but not required.
Associate's degree in business administration or related field is preferred, but not required.
