Lead ongoing development, improve business process, provide solution to enterprise business application integration, understand the impact of process changes, and process definition.
Develop project plans, deliverables, and estimates.
Responsible for configuration, implementation, and upgrade of various Oracle Modules for multi-sites, multi-phase global implementation.
Consult with end users to analyze and understand needs, objectives, desired feature, and I/O requirements.
Develop, coordinate, and implement a plan to test business & functional processes.
Lead functional acceptance testing of patches and upgrades.
Document processes and maintain system documentation.
Provide end-user instructions, training, and support to resolve application issues.
Technical Skills:
Oracle Applications, Oracle EBS, GL, AP, AR, EB-Tax, FA, CM, Project Costing, Advance Collection, iExpenses, iReceivables, iSupplier WMS, HRMS, OM, PO, Inv, Depot Repair, EDI, PL-SQL, Toad, Data Loader.
Commitment:
40 hours/week
Qualifications:
Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field required.
Will accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years progressive post-baccalaureate experience in lieu of a Master's.
1 year of experience in the field or in a related area such as Project Manager, or similar.
Experience:
Must have 1 year of experience working with Oracle EBS, configuring, implementing, and upgrading Oracle Modules; leading functional acceptance testing; and with Oracle applications.
