JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Were searching for a candidate with superior writing and communications skills with an interest in events. Every day is different. Every project contributes to advancing our overall mission. If you dont feel like what youre doing is valuable to the organization, something is wrong.
The ideal candidate is a team player who will:
Partner closely with a client organizations Events Team to understand and develop communications strategies that increase attendance and prepare attendees for the event.
Provide the highest level of customer focus, anticipating challenges, handling multiple project revisions, and meeting deadlines.
Willingness to measure and evaluate successes and failures as it relates to recruitment and retention of event attendees, and adjust communications strategy as necessary.
Partner closely with company leadership, legal counsel, and investor communications and marketing teams to drive consistency and understanding in all written materials.
Serve as the final authority in creating and driving the editing process of high-quality, diverse, event communications, such as invitation packages and on-site printed materials, that convey how the event supports the companys long-term vision and strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
The Manager should bring strong communications credentials and 2+ years of work experience. The candidate will be a proven communicator with an appreciation for working with executive-level leadership and have the savvy necessary to manage broad and sensitive communications issues facing our Network. The Manager must be committed to the ideas of freedom, market principles, and the advancement of liberty.
Education:
A Bachelors degree is required.
