Omron Management Center of America is hiring for a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Clerk in Dallas, Texas.

This position is responsible for providing operational support and data for the FTZ operation. This role will handle day to day FTZ and inventory related activities to support the overall FTZ Operation. In this role, you will execute with operational excellence, execute planned improvements and follow designed processes. This position requires analytical mindset to make sure that we are meeting our company and operational goals in a fast-paced environment. This role will be challenged to be innovative, analytical and think differently in a world-class end-to-end logistics and operations process.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound tracking spreadsheet and upload import and receipt documentation in One Source
  • Confirm domestic shipments
  • Verify ISF filings are complete and query AMS for verification of full release quantity
  • Ensure e214 admissions and weekly entries are uploaded into One Source by Broker.
  • Validate One Source data against actual documentation, as needed, to ensure accuracy of integration and information.
  • Advise receipt and inventory discrepancies
  • Ensure QPWP and PTT's are arrived
  • Manage export transactions and file documents (EEI/ITN)
  • Notify Logistics team on overdue shipments and manage delivery appointments and missed deliveries
  • Maintain and retain FTZ records as required for compliance
Job Requirements:
  • 2 to 5 years in customer service, warehousing, FTZ including OneSource software, freight forwarder, logistics, operations environment, comfortable with Lean tools.
  • Education: BS in supply management, operations or logistics.
  • Detail oriented with strong organization skills and ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to read and interpret government regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working as part of a team or alone with little supervision
  • PC Literate - with strong Excel skills
