ROLE PROFILE

The Hospitality Intern will be successful when:

A diversified skillset has been adopted, basic knowledge of Front of House and Back of House operations has been gained, and memories are created.

This internship is focused on developing the basic skills of those with an interest in the hospitality field. Experiencing guest relations from the front and back of house view will allow them to define their passions within the field by the end of the internship.

DAILY OPERATIONS
  • Fill Front of House roles including but not limited to maintaining cleanliness, resetting dining areas, replenishing food stations, passing hors d'oeuvres, offering desserts, and engaging with guests
  • Train with Culinary to learn menu items and culinary daily operations
  • Ensure quality standards are met and event timelines followed
  • Actively engage in the training and development
  • Provide remarkable service to all guests including internal teammates
  • Be an ambassador for the company by fulfilling all dress code policies and presenting a polished, professional look.
  • Attend training workshops
  • Ensuring guest safety by assisting guests on the yacht.
EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
  • Enrolled and or in pursuit of a collegiate education
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and the willingness to work with all facets and levels of management

PHYSICAL DEMANDS-
