We are growing our team and are currently searching for **Product Sales Support Specialists** to support the sales and order processing for our Regional office located in Lake Forest, California. Primary responsibilities will include: * Partner with the sales team to establish relationships with key end-users and integrators and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

* Work with regional sales team and leadership to organize and prioritize open orders and communicate this to regional sales team and corporate Product Sales Administration.

* Become the liaison between the Region sales team and Product Sales Administration.

* Become liaison and point of communication on order status for Region with key end customers and system integrators.

* Become subject matter expert on CPQ (Configure/Price/Quote). Provide CPQ training to new sales team members and to existing sales force on new functions/features.

* Check and confirm accuracy of customer information on purchase order prior to the purchase order being processed.

* Check and confirm accuracy of CPQ entry vs customer purchase order prior to entry of CPQ into EBS.

* Help track important orders through retrofit

* Support proposal development and complete a variety of internal procedures, forms, and approvals that are a necessary part of FANUCs selling process

* Follow up on aging leads from marketing and leads distributed to integrators.

* Maintain strong product knowledge and keep up to date on FAC product information and automation process solutions

**Ideal candidate will have the following experience/skills and education:**

* Associate degree in business, engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant experience

* Minimum two years experience in order execution or customer service type role in a manufacturing/industrial automation or similar environment.

* Ability to master product technical knowledge (e.g. FANUC)

* Demonstrated capability developing and maintaining positive customer relationships at all levels (engineering and management).

* Ability to work effectively across functional areas; must have outstanding listening and feedback skills which possesses a high degree of tact.

* High level of personal initiative; ability to work well independently.
