Description

Will-Mor Manufacturing is hiring 2nd shift CNC Machinist Will-Mor is a leading precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the defense and aerospace industries.

(Highly Competitive wage pending experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Set-up and operate for diversified work on one or more CNC Vertical/Horizontal machines involving intricate tooling and a wide range of unusual operations.
  • Work within close tolerances.
  • Ensure that the proper inspection measurement gauging is present.
  • Knowledge in tooling, tool wear, operational sequences including multiple work holdings, and programming editing.
  • Plan and layout work, devise methods for machining intricate parts, and diagnose and remedy operating and tooling problems.
  • Responsible for the correct fixtures on milling machines to ensure parts are to blueprint and quality requirements.
  • Obtain a high level of production and maintain quality standards.
  • Must record all appropriate documentation such as SPC & Visual Dimensional Requirements.
  • Must be able to explain work and assist operators if requested by supervisor.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Setup of Vertical/Horizontal CNC Milling Machines
  • Aerospace and Defense Industry Experience.
  • AS91000 Experience a plus
