Job Title Warehouse Specialist Oral Nicotine Pouch Factory Location Grand Prairie, Texas, USA Position Overview Rena Manufacturing One Inc. is seeking a reliable, detail-driven Warehouse Specialist to support material handling, inventory control, and warehouse organization for our new nicotine pouch manufacturing facility. This role is essential to keeping production lines running, ensuring raw materials and finished goods are properly stored, tracked, and delivered with zero contamination risk. Ideal candidates have experience in food?grade, CPG, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments and are comfortable working in a startup facility where processes are being built and refined. This is a growth?track position with opportunities to advance into Warehouse Lead, Inventory Coordinator, or Logistics roles. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and document incoming raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods Verify shipments against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies with procurement Store materials using FIFO/FEFO principles and ensure traceability at all times Deliver materials to production lines according to the daily schedule Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system Prepare and palletize finished goods for shipment following food?grade handling standards Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts; report inventory variances immediately Keep warehouse, racks, aisles, and staging areas clean, labeled, and organized (5S standards) Inspect packaging materials for damage, contamination, or moisture issues Follow GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times Assist with outbound shipping, bill of lading preparation, and carrier pickups Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Qualifications Bachelors degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Food Science, Operations Management, or related field is preferred not required 3+ years of production/operations management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (FDA/GMP/ISO preferred) Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, process improvement, and resource optimization Proven leadership, decision?making, and people management skills Excellent problem?solving abilities and cross?functional communication Comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance and paid time off Professional development and career advancement opportunities Rena Manufacturing One, Inc., is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
