Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing purchasing and invoicing practices and ensuring compliance with All-Inclusive contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance, accounting, and auditing background, with a keen eye for discrepancies and ensuring adherence to financial regulations and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive audits of purchasing and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

2Review and analyze financial documents, invoices, contracts, and relevant records to identify discrepancies or irregularities.

Verify that all purchases adhere to established policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with All-Inclusive contracts by reviewing terms, monitoring performance, and identifying deviations.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and legal departments, to address audit findings.

Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and actionable plans to improve processes and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

A bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, as well as CPA or CIA certification, is a plus.

Proven experience in financial auditing, preferably with a focus on purchasing and invoicing.

Familiarity with All-Inclusive contracts and experience in contract compliance auditing.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity.

Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
