Job DescriptionPacific Staffing is recruiting a full-time hybrid role for a senior corporate Marketing Coordinator to join an esteemed national consulting firm. The senior Marketing Coordinator holds a key role focused on building and executing comprehensive B2B marketing concepts and branding projects, events, webinars, training, digital media projects and designing while collaborating with executive stakeholders. #directhire #sacramentoPay: $80k - $100k. The ideal candidate knows how to execute the vision & concepts for the organization's corporate marketing and brand strategy, with a high level of competency in hands-on project execution & coordination under the direction of Sales & Marketing executives. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Evaluate the performance of current marketing campaigns and strategies using key performance metrics.Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities, client needs, and competitive trends, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.Collaborate with executive leaders and departments to develop and implement strategic marketing and promotional campaigns.Manage sales & marketing initiatives to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation, cultivating positive relationships with media and key stakeholders.Direct consulting partners with online marketing efforts, including website management, social media engagement, and online advertising, to reach and engage target audiences.Coordinate and execute firm events, sponsorships, and outreach programs to strengthen the firm's market presence.Maintain current knowledge of industry regulations and ensure marketing activities are compliant.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:5+ years' experience in a successful strategic marketing and branding senior level coordinator or specialist related role required.Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing and communications or similar field preferred.Professional services corporate marketing industry experience required.B2B marketing experience is required. Must have proven strategic thinking, planning, translate complex ideas into understandable information, provide prior KPI's and OKR's, Project Management and high-level technology proficiency across multiple marketing platforms.Technology proficiency in Content Creation, Digital Advertising, Email Marketing/Marketing Automation, Webinar, Training and Event platforms and materials.Strategic brand creation, awareness, and building, including event and conference coordination.
