The Internship
We are currently accepting applications for a Supply Chain Intern for the summer of 2025. The primary responsibility of this intern is to support the flow of goods throughout the supply chain by working with ingredient suppliers, contract manufacturers, and distribution centers. You will thrive in this role if you have a keen attention to detail, the ability to juggle many tasks at once, and a strong willingness to learn.
Individuals selected for our Internship Program will actively contribute to our company's growth while benefiting from hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development. Our internship program is based five days a week in the Seaport District of Boston. Throughout the summer, interns will work on impactful projects that directly influence our brand's progress. Additionally, interns will engage in a collaborative group project, playing a key role in driving significant advancements within a specific area of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with suppliers and partners to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and preventing shortages.
- Partner Meetings: Actively participate in weekly meetings with key external partners, tracking project progress, documenting detailed minutes, and ensuring accurate information is communicated.
- Chargeback Analysis: Investigate chargebacks from retailers by collecting necessary documentation and evidence, and address discrepancies to recover funds and prevent future occurrences.
- Order Management: Accurately process and record customer orders in our internal system, ensuring timely and efficient order handling.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Science & Innovation and Marketing teams to support project execution and assist in the swift completion of various tasks and initiatives.
- Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited 4-year institution. This opportunity is open to all undergraduate students, from first-year students to seniors.
- Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e., work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).
- Proficiency in Excel as well as strong data analysis skills.
