HR Assistant

Your Day to Day
As the HR Assistant for WECTEC Staffing Services, you will be a critical resource tasked with new hire onboarding and off-boarding, payroll management, and data adjustments in various systems throughout the internal network.
Additional duties include:
* Employee Data Management in multiple internal systems
* Process and manage ticketing system for all required employee changes
* Working with various departments within the company to address issues
* Employment Verifications
* Unemployment Claims
* Per Diem Certification
* Contractor Data Management
* Creation and revision of new and existing processes
* Data reporting and data validation
Who You Are
* 3 years of experience in HRIS Systems (PowerHUB, SuccessFactors, SAP preferred)
* Good understanding of Human Resources Operations and best practices
* Exceptionally strong organizational and time management skills
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
