Organization Change Manager

Lead contract point of contact for all change management efforts, which includes interfacing and supporting the Government.
Proven expertise in leading the development of large organizational change management programs for large complex organizations, including the VA and other Federal Government agencies.
Possess skills in the development of change management plans and in facilitating senior level stakeholder engagements.
Have experience in developing and reporting on organization change management specific metrics.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Six (6) or more years of professional experience.
Possess and maintain an industry recognized Change Management certification.
Skills
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
