Job Summary:
The Dealership Head Porter at Puente Hills Mitsubishi is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the dealership's vehicle detailing and organization. This is a Full Time, individual contributor role in the Auto industry located in City of Industry, California. As a skilled labor/technician, the head porter will be responsible for ensuring the dealership's vehicles are well-maintained, presentable, and organized. The compensation for this role ranges from $3000 to $4500 per month, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the dealership's detailing department
- Ensure all vehicles on the lot are well-maintained, clean, and presentable for potential customers
- Supervise and train a team of detailers to ensure high-quality work and efficient processes
- Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment, and order supplies as needed
- Perform vehicle detailing tasks as needed
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or defects and report them to the appropriate department
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Communicate with sales and service departments to prioritize and coordinate vehicle detailing requests
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management

Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive detailing
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with and ability to use detailing equipment and supplies
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work Saturdays as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
