• Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with various tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the dealership premises.
• Drive units to designated areas within the dealership or for customer deliveries.
• Provide valet parking services for customers when needed.
• Clean and detail new and used RVs for display and sale (as needed. Works with Detailer)
• Move RVs within the dealership lot and showroom.
• Assist with the organization of the RV inventory.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on RVs, such as checking tire pressure and battery levels.
• Monitor the overall cleanliness and appearance of the dealership lot and showroom.
• Assist with customer deliveries of RVs, including preparing paperwork and demonstrating RV features.
• Communicate with Sales and Service departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of RVs.
• Maintain accurate records of RV inventory and location.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Attend training sessions and meetings to improve knowledge and skills.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Experience & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the RV industry
• Ability to operate and move RVs safely and efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of RV maintenance and repair
• Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Has experience driving a tractor and or sikd loader.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to events and off-site locations as needed.
