Job Description

We are seeking a 2nd Engineer to oversee building controls and BMS systems in a 30-story building located in the financial district. The primary responsibility of this role involves overseeing the alarm system and allocating maintenance as needed when alarms go off.
Operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of commercial utility systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and steam systems.
Qualifications
  • 2nd Class Engineer license
  • 2 years of boiler repair and maintenance experience
  • Familiarity with Building Automation System Controls and Functions
  • Able to work independently
