Job Overview

As a Senior Associate in our Transaction Advisory Services practice, you would be responsible for applying your knowledge and industry experience to all aspects of client engagements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Managers and Partners on all aspects of transaction advisory work including tax due diligence, tax structuring, and after-tax cash modeling
  • Research risks related to the transaction and communicate accordingly to the team and client
  • Support Associate and Intern training and development
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure the highest level of client service is achieved
  • Assist in the completion of timely deliverables to clients
  • Maintain personal networks, and participate in civic, charitable, and professional organizations
Qualifications

Education/Licensing
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, or other relevant field, from an accredited university required
  • Master's Degree preferred, but not required
  • CPA certification, or active pursuit of CPA certification, preferred
  • Other professional certifications desired
Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Tax due diligence experience preferred, but not required
  • 2+ years of C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership tax return preparation experience
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to think critically and make effective decisions
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Client service mentality
  • Teamwork oriented with a willingness to grow, a passion for living, and desire to go above and beyond
