Must have skills:2-3 years of facilitation experience (new hire facilitation preferred but not necessary)Virtual facilitation experienceStrong multi-tasking abilitiesFlexible with change and agile when necessary to make sure classes are running smoothlyStrong working knowledge of Zoom & Google Applications (including Gmail, Google Drive and managing multiple Google calendarsExcellent written and oral communication skillsThrives working in a high-tech companyProven ability to work independently and manage program logistics/communicationCan troubleshoot quickly with little to no support (if needed when on their own).

Job Description:As a Facilitation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to produce, facilitate, and interact with our new hires in the Technology & Products organization at Salesforce. You will report to the Director of New Hire Experience in the Technology, People, Innovation & Learning team (TPIL); with a main focus of supporting facilitation, production, and content curation/edits (where needed) of new hire live virtual programs.

*Located in CST or EST timezone (to support AMER programs)

**6 months - 2 years; max (based on business need)

Responsibilities:Facilitate & produce virtual live classes on Zoom platform for hundreds of new hires in the AMER region100% focused on world class, highly effective, new hire programs for Salesforce Tech & ProductSupport the delivery of content for new hires via multiple channels (Slack & email) as well as live sessionsManage day of logistics for each training as well as logistics leading up to the new hire sessions and post sessionsWork with TPIL New Hire Experience Team and Global partners (AMER, EMEA, APAC) where necessary to make sure content is updated, SMEs are engaged, and program is running effectivelyKeep templates and class content updated (with the support of the New Hire Experience team)Keep new hires engaged, excited, and having funProactively communicates with team, ensuring that all work is well-managed without constant supervision
