**Purpose of Position**: The CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) Facilitator is responsible for supporting formerly incarcerated men by helping with emotional regulation and problem solving through social skill practices. The facilitator will be responsible for identifying their traumas and areas of needed support. They will address the participant’s skills and identify resolutions that can be transferred into their everyday lives both socially and professionally. The CBT facilitator helps identify risky behaviors, thinking, and situations by being a line of support to assist participants back into their everyday lives.

**Essential Functions**:

- Filling out the Behavior Management System on white board.
- Facilitating the curriculum.
- Assigning practice work for each session.
- Completing group progress notes.
- Uploading BMS in Cognito.
- Uploading practice work for each session.
- Submitting earnings to the Clinical Manager to compensate participants.
- Responsible for managing multiple participants.
- Support participants in sustaining employment at the end of program.
- Conduct clinical assessments to measure participants’ behaviors.
- Lead case reviews, identifying participants’ progress in group sessions.
- Providing referrals for participants when extra support is needed.
- Responsible for developing and facilitating workshops.

**Expected Hours of Work**:Monday-Friday/40 hours per week

**Travel**: Must have access to reliable transportation to GRO Community and community sites to engage employers.

**Qualifications**

**Required Education**:Minimum of bachelor’s degree in social work or psychology preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years Group facilitation experience
- Experience working with therapeutic services and reentry services highly preferred.
- Social services work experience required.
