Shift:2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM$2.00 Shift DifferentialDuties and Responsibilities:Perform Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) and Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW).Weld round and rectangular components as per product requirements.Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other technical documents.Ensure adherence to Quality Control (QC) and product specifications.De-bur and grind metal surfaces to achieve the required finish.Follow all welding safety procedures and use provided PPE.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Must pass a welding test to be considered.Basic computer or smartphone skills, including email and texting, are a plus.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Skilled in using welding equipment and related tools safely and effectively.Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.Experience with electrical or manual tools (grinders, saws, squares, calipers, etc.).Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. individually; heavier items require team lifting.Welding certification from a recognized technical institute or trade school is highly desirable.Salary and Benefits:Hourly pay for experienced pipe welders/fitters will be based on experience.Competitive starting pay for entry-level candidates who pass the welding test.Annual reimbursement for safety gear.Annual Wellness reimbursement.What We Offer:Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)401(k) with up to 5% matchLife and Disability InsuranceImmediate PTO accrualEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
