About the Role

The Business Intelligence Analyst III will play a key role in building statistical and analytical reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis to support corporate and regional BI users. This role will provide tactical support by coordinating, tracking, analyzing, and presenting information to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed documentation of business rules and processes through interviews with non-technical managers.
  • Engage with business users to ensure articulation of business goals and processes.
  • Assess feasibility of requests, estimate development effort, and impact on existing environment.
  • Develop, test, and implement interactive web and mobile dashboards, ad-hoc queries, KPIs, Scorecards, reports, mobile alerts & notifications.
  • Build training material and conduct training, demos to support knowledge transfer and adoption with BI users.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities with an ability to execute complex data extraction and analytical projects.
  • Proficiency in web and mobile dashboard development, report/cube construction, and multiple connectors for BI application data federation.
  • Proficiency in SQL and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in BI application building reports, dashboards, and supporting users.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence applications such as MicroStrategy/Power BI and Python or any Statistical Analysis tool.
  • Bachelor's in information technology, computer science, or related field.
