Reporting to the CFO, the Accounting Analyst will handle financial reporting, daily and monthly accounting tasks, and provide support to the Controller and leadership team across the organization. This role requires collaboration with various entities to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses, ensuring robust financial management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
    • Provide monthly and compliance reporting to PE firm and Lender, including ad hoc analysis.
    • Analyze and present financial data to internal management, advising on performance versus budget/forecast.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive processes around metric reporting.
    • Participate in due diligence as needed.
    • Support the Controller in day-to-day and monthly accounting tasks, including AR cash application, invoice entry, and monthly reconciliation.
    • Prepare monthly prepaid and accrual entries, and monthly payroll and contractor entries.
    • Assist with annual audit and tax filing PBC requests.
Hard Skills - Must have:
    • Over 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting within a professional services organization.
    • Hands-on experience in financial management reporting on an international basis, with emphasis on analyzing and interpreting financial data.
    • Proficiency with NetSuite accounting system.
    • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
Hard Skills - Nice to have/It's a plus:
    • Experience with Mavenlink project management system is a plus.
Soft Skills / Business Specific Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Good analytical skills and detail-oriented.
    • Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
    • Highly motivated, able to take initiative and exercise independent judgment.
