Be among the first 25 applicants The Email Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the National Inventors Hall of Fame email and text message campaigns, including strategy, project management, copywriting, execution, and analysis of campaign analytics.Position Responsibilities:+ Manage the National Inventors Hall of Fame email content calendar.+ Develop email content, including writing email copy and planning assets.+ Project manage and execute emails for multiple areas of the business through email and text message campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.+ Analyze, evaluate, and report on all email and text message campaign data, providing insights to help drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and inform future email campaigns and strategies.+ Work closely with the Creative Team and Marketing Copy Team leads to execute email copy, assets, and design.+ Work with Reporting, Events, Fundraising, and Sales departments to ensure we reach the appropriate target audience(s).+ Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team on campaign planning and ideation, such as identifying KPIs, benchmarks, and targeting tactics.+ Act as the go-to resource for email marketing trends, providing updates and reporting on how we can implement updates into our email strategy.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:+ 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with email.+ Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.+ Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.+ Proactive approach identifies and solves problems.+ Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.+ Self-motivated and eager to learn and take on new challenges.+ Adaptability: flexible to changing market forces and shifting priorities.+ Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.+ Energetic and passionate about marketing.Location: North Canton, OhioBenefits of working for the National Inventors Hall of Fame include:+ Competitive benefit offerings,includingmedical, dental, vision, life,FSA, disability, and petinsurance+ 401K plan and employer match of 100%, up to 4% of base salary+ Paid time off, paid holidays, year-end closure+ Critical Illness/Accident Supplemental Income plans areavailable.+ Flexible workday scheduling+ Great teamenvironment, opportunities for growth, and culture focused on professionaldevelopment.
