Responsibilities:

  • Prove 5-Star Service for our Amazing Residents
  • Building relationships with our wonderful residents
  • Work with a high quality, collaborative team.
  • Follow established FVD and Dietary standards and procedures, and maintains a positive, friendly and courteous attitude toward residents, coworkers and guests at all times.
  • Adds a layer of support and organization to the overall culinary operations.
  • The lead server in a restaurant adds a layer of accountability, support and knowledge for less-experienced staff. Working as a peer of the waitstaff, rather than as a member of management, the lead server is responsible for the training, coordination and details that result in a smooth meal service.
  • Monitor dining room for optimal guest experience. Work with individual servers to improve performance on time management, efficiency of order taking, and creating a positive guest experience. Answer guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently. Manage closing duties, restocking of items and proper set up of the restaurant.

Qualifications:

  • A desire to make a difference
  • Willingness to grow
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 3 years serving experience.
  • Supervisory experience a plus.
