The Technical Learning & Compliance team is looking for an enthusiastic, progressive thinker with a passion for learning, and the ability to influence across different levels and functions.

This role can accommodate a flexible work arrangement where you may work multiple days a week from home.

What You'll Do:

+ 3-5 years' direct experience consulting with subject matter experts to design and develop performance solutions (e.g., training, job aids, work processes).

+ 2-4 years' using eLearning and multimedia development software (Lectora Inspire, Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate).

+ Well versed in adult learning methodologies and able to evaluate learning effectiveness using instructional design assessment strategies.

+ Excellent writing, editing, critical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills.

+ Strong relationship skills and customer focus.

+ Results driven, project management, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and concurrent deadlines.

+ 1+ years' experience using or managing a CMS/ LMS (e.g., SABA) a strong plus.

+ Experience with branding and graphic design, including the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a strong plus.

+ Ability to collaborate effectively with virtual teams and accommodate time differences.

+ Experience working in a dynamic environment supporting global teams.

+ Knowledge of Agriculture and/or Manufacturing is helpful.

Qualifications

What Skills You Need:

+ Work as a business partner to the functional focal points to determine identify and prioritize business needs; manages project pipeline and resources.

+ Create performance-focused training content that engages our learners in multiple modalities including ILT, VILT, eLearning, video, blended, games, quizzes, job aids, activities and more.

+ Analyze and translate business needs into measurable learning outcomes.

+ Engage in deep collaboration with instructional designers, content developers, subject matter experts, business leaders and stakeholders across multiple functions.

+ Use project management tools and skills to manage medium to large-scale global content development projects. Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and mitigate risks to eliminate potential roadblocks in the design, development, and implementation of learning.

+ Design, build and deliver innovative training solutions using a variety of authoring tools.

+ Give and seek meaningful feedback to identify ways to improve the learning experience.

+ Assess the overall impact and effectiveness of deployed learning solutions.

+ Drive performance to meet project goals.

+ Assist with onboarding of new team members.

Technical Skills Needed:

+ Experience developing scenario-based eLearning curriculums, storyboards, job aids, online tutorials, assessments, and print-based materials.

+ Must be capable of combining graphics, video, sound, and text to create a seamless, attractive user experience.

+ Skilled in the application of web-based authoring software (Articulate Storyline, RISE, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, HTML).

+ Experience in multimedia development in audio, video, and/or animation (e.g., Audition, Premiere, Vyond) is a plus.

+ Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodology such as ADDIE, SAM, Action Mapping or similar.

+ Solid technical, organizational, project management skills, and information technology aptitude.

+ One to two (1-2) + years of experience creating content for non-technical users; manuals, guides, and instruction documents for professional useProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
